Do I need a subscription to use Avenza AI?

What happens after I pay?

After your payment is confirmed via Paystack (typically within 2–3 seconds), your survey is immediately unlocked and you receive your shareable survey URL (Uniform Resource Locator) — for example, avenzaai.com/s/your-slug. Responses begin collecting in real time on your dashboard from that moment.
What is Descriptive Analytics, and when do I buy it?

Descriptive Analytics is a separate ₦5,000 add-on per survey (not part of the ₦1,500 or ₦2,500 activation fee). Buy it from the Analytics page after your survey is live and you have responses. It unlocks dashboard charts, AI-written findings, and a downloadable Word report. Activation alone includes CSV and Excel export — not charts.

How does the Institutional plan work?

The Institutional plan is an annual licence that gives all staff or researchers within your organisation unlimited survey creation and analysis. Pricing ranges from ₦500,000 to ₦5,000,000 per year depending on the number of users, expected survey volume, and any customisation requirements. Contact our sales team for a tailored quote.
Is my data secure and private?

Yes. All data is stored in encrypted PostgreSQL databases and transmitted over TLS (Transport Layer Security). Respondent data can be anonymised on request. Avenza AI follows GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation)-style data protection principles, including the right to request deletion of your data at any time. Institutional data is isolated per account — no cross-organisation data access is possible.
What question types does the AI detect?

The AI parser currently detects five question types: multiple-choice (MCQ — Multiple Choice Question), Likert scale, open-ended (free text), True/False, and numeric scale questions. Each detected question is assigned a confidence score (High, Medium, or Low). You can review and edit all detected questions before publishing.
Is the platform accessible on mobile devices?

Yes. Avenza AI is fully mobile-responsive and is also a PWA (Progressive Web Application), meaning respondents and researchers can install it on their home screen on both Android and iOS (iPhone Operating System). The survey response page is optimised for touch interaction and supports offline completion — responses sync automatically when the device reconnects to the internet.
